Scope. Nomad Explore provides travel and workation coordination in Taiwan. Program details, inclusions, exclusions and prices are confirmed in each written proposal before payment.
Payment. Prices are in USD unless stated. A deposit (usually 30 %) confirms lodging, transport and hosts; the balance is due 21 days before the start date.
Changes and cancellation. Deposits are transferable to another date up to 21 days before start. Within 21 days, supplier costs already committed are non-refundable. Nomad Explore may cancel a program for safety reasons (typhoon, earthquake, public-health order) and will refund or transfer in full.
Not legal advice. Visa, immigration, tax and legal information is general background only. We coordinate appointments with licensed professionals; we do not give professional advice or guarantee outcomes.
Insurance. Where a program lists travel insurance, coverage terms are those of the insurer. Participants are responsible for their own health and belongings.
Conduct. We may remove participants who endanger others or damage partner venues, without refund.
